Deposit Slips

Deposit slips create a paper trail for a deposit. There importance is obvious - as they act like a receipt for a payment. These slips are made of a 2-part carbonless paper (white/canary). This way, both the parent and the school can have a copy of the transaction.

Deposit slips can be filled out by students when they arrive to pay their money or sent to school previously filled out by the parents. All the secretary has to do is check the amount, sign it and send a copy back home. When all money has been accepted, entering deposits into SL can be done all at once in just a short time.
