The TRACK edit field is designed as an additional grouping for students. It is used to keep total of each pay status with in a given track. For example, summaries may be printed for individual tracks or for the entire school. Students are assigned by entering a number 0 through 6 in the TRACK edit field. Tracks are required when TRACKS are activated in the preferences.
